Calibration and adjustment
Calibration
The calibration coefficients for the device, which are specific to each device, are included with the device and are entered into the software during installation and setup. To import these numbers into the software, after installing the software, import the numbers from this path and click the Save option. Then click the Stop/Start option on the main page twice for these changes to take effect.

Device setup
In order to use the spectrophotometer, it must be calibrated and set to its optimal state before any analysis is perform
For spectrum stability, the deuterium-tungsten lamp should be on for approximately 20 minutes before starting thespectrum acquisition
To get the appropriate scope, you need to enter the correct integration time. By increasing the integration time (default 2-10) in both the visible and ultraviolet regions, the intensity increases. These values should be chosen so as not to saturate the detector
By adjusting the Smoothing values (default 3) and Average values (default 3-10), the spectrum can be smoothed and stabilized, and the signal-to-noise ratio can be increased
